Meet
Amanda Hembree, LP(C)C, CEAP
If you are here right now, then you may be struggling and I am so glad you are here! My life’s passion is to help others grow through life, achieve their goals, and become the best version of themselves. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan in (re)discovering their inner gifts.
I do not use a “one size fits all” style. My approach is multifaceted because YOU are multifaceted. My work conceptualizes your unique gifts, personality, lifestyle, and current life circumstances. From there, I utilize evidence-based approaches to your specific situation. I view cognitive, emotional, behavioral, personality, relational, and physical struggles from a whole person perspective to identify the underlying causes of disharmony.
No matter your goals, I will join you in a compassionate, non-judgmental partnership to help you gain the clarity you need to achieve your goals and live a more abundant life. Sessions are a blend of exploration, reflection, problem-solving, and action. Think of me as a counselor, cheerleader and confidant rolled into one!
My Professional Journey
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to make a lasting difference in people’s lives. I’ve lived and worked in many different cities and countries, allowing me the opportunity to see things from many different perspectives. It has also taught me the importance of mental health and wellness in all aspects of life.
I’ve worked in a variety of setting including private practice, corporate employee assistance services, higher education, traditional student counseling and community mental health. As a licensed Mental Health Service Provider, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek and live a more abundant life.
